Coaching for Establishing Circular Economy Cooperatives and Entrepreneurships – STRATECO, iED, Permacultura Cantabria, SSCT and FAZOS will establish at least three cooperatives/entrepreneur activities in the circular economy food related topic with students, and guide and mentor students. By the end of the project, it is expected that three cooperatives will be functioning.
