Secondary School for Catering and Tourism Maribor

The secondary school for catering and tourism Maribor educates for the needs of catering and tourism in the middle vocational, secondary vocational and vocational-technical education. It is the largest school of this type in north-eastern Slovenia. In recent years, its role is even more important, as the City of Maribor wants to develop service activities instead of former industrial giants, especially tourism and catering. The school therefore takes care of the promotion of professions in the catering industry and tourism, as well-educated staff is a prerequisite for the development of these activities.
