Local economy based scientific research is an essential component of comprehensive activities of Faculty of Agriculture in Osijek. The significance is not only reflected in the direct strategic objectives described in the research field, but also in terms of more intensive involvement of students in research work. It is each lecturer to have as much work in the field in which is actively involved in the learning process, teaching experience in order to at least partially base results of their own research.
