TRAIN-CE-FOOD produces several outputs with multifaceted impacts on the target groups and the socio-economic environment:

State-of-the-Art Report

The state-of-the-art report includes a systemic, theoretical and practical elaboration of present conditions on food related topics and entrepreneurship education in partner countries.

Curriculum for Secondary School & University Level

We will develop a curriculum for integrating entrepreneurship and cooperative knowledge in the field of circular economy innovative food supply chain business models dedicated to the higher education institution and secondary school students, respectively.

e-learning Modules

The e-modules will cover the following topics:

  1. e-Module 1: Introduction to Circular Economy and Innovative Business Models
  2. e-Module 2: Entrepreneurships and cooperatives in circular economy
  3. e-Module 3: Creation of cooperative start-up, using circular economy in food supply chains


The e-textbook represents a link to the expertise knowledge including topics like youth entrepreneurship, cooperatives, circular economy, food supply chains, innovative business models and product development.

Intensive Courses for Staff and Students

This event will comprise a 5-day training along with virtual learning (and initial self-training). The training will be organized also to test and validate e-courses, and will be followed by the assessment of skills and competences pre-and post- learning activity. After the training each participant will get a certificate for better recognition and validation of competences.


This workshop will gather approximately 80 participants of all target groups and stakeholder types. Multiplier organisations such as national/regional youth associations will play a key role. The workshop will be organized online.

Coaching for Establishing Circular Economy Cooperatives and Entrepreneurships

STRATECO, iED, Permacultura Cantabria, SSCT and FAZOS will establish at least three cooperatives/entrepreneur activities in the circular economy food related topic with students, and guide and mentor students. By the end of the project, it is expected that three cooperatives will be functioning.

Final conference

This conference is the final event of the project, where we will represent project outputs and invite participants to further usage of the outputs developed.
